After years of experience in many prestigious pastry shops in Barcelona, Jaume Viñallonga Mas (founder) decided to take a step forward opening Pastisseria Viñallonga in 1974. Years later, Margarita Carrera Jué (co-founder) joined the company giving it a new direction, creating new business lines.
Viñallonga is still proud to offer its clients a wide variety of quality products. Over the years and with the intention of offering a more complete service, the couple Viñallonga-Carrera decided to expand what they offer to their client even more.
With that in mind, they opened a second shop in Montmeló (1979), and opened a cafeteria (1987). In 1990 the catering line was created for individuals and companies.
Currently, with the new co-direction of the new generation of the family Viñallonga-Carrera (Jaume and Marga), Viñallonga is still committed with the values and traditional pastry binding innovation. They still offer a high-quality product, making cordiality and dedication to their clients, their personal emblem.
